Amazing combination of sweet and heat. Not to soft it melts in your mouth. I personally started a journey of searching for a jerky that was at least somewhat tough, pretty hot, and sweet. I did try hotter carolina reaper and it was good and sweet too but a little too hot for me lol. I bought from like 5 other competitors before I found this one. This is my favorite jerky so far! Im actually so satisfied im ending my search. This is the jerky I will be eating from now on.
