Some meats have so much natural flavor all they really need is a combination of salt and pepper to help bring it out. That’s basically what we’ve done with our Black Pepper Wild Boar Jerky. Two days in our special sweet-and-salty marinade releases the rich, nutty flavor of the boar, and a finish of black pepper gives it an earthy, spicy pop. Boar is leaner and more flavorful than domestic pork, so if you’re looking for a leaner, all-natural snack with no preservatives and is packed with flavor, this is the jerky for you.

Good evening. I stopped into your Lake Placid, NY store this afternoon while giving my buddy from San Diego a tour of the Adirondack Mountains. He picked up a variety pack and I went for a big pack of peppered Wild Boad Jerky. On our way back we tore into the jerky. All I can say is, “”WOW!””. This is the best jerky I’ve ever had, and I’ve had some good ones. My buddy was in total agreement. Definitely something I’d recommend for a weekend hike or to snack on in the office. Job well done!” ~ Tristan Copper
