If you’re looking for a jerky with a flavor richness more complex than anything you’re used to, it’s time to try our Rainbow Trout Jerky. Rainbow trout is known for its mild, nutty flavor and delicate texture. We marinate it with miso tamari — an elevated, smokier style of soy sauce based on fermented miso soy — and rice koji — a fermented rice that adds sweet, smoky and savory notes.
