At House of Jerky, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us and our team will review the situation to determine an appropriate resolution.
This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through HouseofJerky.com. If your purchase was made at a House of Jerky retail location, please contact that store directly regarding returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Please keep in mind that our jerky is made in small batches without heavy preservatives. As a result, texture, color, and dryness may vary slightly from batch to batch. For best freshness, keep products sealed and refrigerate after opening.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing items, or contains incorrect products, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date.
To help us review your claim, we may request:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and/or packaging
After review, House of Jerky may provide a replacement, refund, or jerky points at our discretion.
Claims may be subject to review to verify product quality standards and shipping-related issues.
Returns on Opened Products
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened food products.
If you believe there is a quality issue with an opened product, please contact us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Returns on Unopened Products
Because our products are food items, House of Jerky generally does not accept returns. However, House of Jerky may consider unopened products for return on a case-by-case basis if approved by our customer service team within 10 days of delivery.
