Tri-Tip beef is beautifully marbled, yet quite lean and richly flavored. By putting them together, along with Tabasco, red chili pepper, brown sugar, honey, garlic, onion, liquid smoke and pineapple juice, we create a complex, balanced, and luxurious blast of flavor like nothing you’ve had before. We marinate the Tri-Tip for two full days for maximum tenderness, and, after minimal processing, we package it without preservatives.

Bought some of this from a jerky shop in Nashville, IN. It's amazing. Great texture (easy to bite but a good amount of chew as well), delicious flavor and plenty of heat. Will absolutely be ordering more when I run through this first package which I don't expect to take long.
Bought 3 packs in Hilton Head. I grow and am addicted to habanero peppers. This jerky just increased my addiction. I cant wait to empty my bags so I can order more!
