Then our tender, flavorful Duck Jerky will fit the bill. Considered the fowl for people who crave red meat, duck’s signature fat content lends it an umami you can’t get with other white meats. We marinate our duck for two days in our own recipe of teriyaki, wine, sugar, salt, vinegar, onion, lemon, and other natural flavors to tenderize the meat, reduce any gaminess, and infuse it with a tangy sweetness. Then we prepare it with minimal processing and package it with no artificial flavors or preservatives.
