I thought I had a high tolerance for heat until I tried House’s Red Chili Pepper jerky. That stuff makes me cry every time I eat it, so I backed off a bit and went with the Hot variety. Hot has all the superb flavor you expect and plenty of heat (for me). Tastes exactly the same as Red Chili Pepper, which is also a fine choice, just not as hot.

Temecula,Ca( House of Jerky)in the “old town” area.We,have some pretty good homemade jerky in our Cleveland,Ohio area,but my brother,mother and I think your jerky is the best we’ve ever had!!! We tried the pepped turkey, sweet and spicy brisket and the “hot and spicy” beef jerky (a real favorite)!!
